Cancellations Policy

In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so with more than 24 hours notice when possible.  We understand sometimes things happen, but the more notice we have, the more likely it is that the appointment you have can be filled by someone else.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge your card for 50% of the value of your appointment.

Clients who frequently cancel at the last minute will be asked to only try to book on the day.

Clients who do not cancel and do not show up will be charged the same 50% and be blocked from being able to make further appointments.

We send reminders out 30 hours prior to your appointment so even if you’ve forgotten there’s plenty of time for letting us know if you can’t make it.
